In-Store Pickup and Purchasing

• In store returns can also be done on applicable products

Local Delivery: Within the National Capital Region
• Free next day shipping on pre-tax orders over $150.00
• Next day shipping available for $15.00 on orders under $150.00
• Same day + Rush shipping available – Contact us for pricing

Canada Wide Shipping
• Free ground shipping on pre-tax orders over $300.00 within Canada (excluding the
territories)
• A shipping surcharge may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, and
destination. We will contact you before placing the order as these fees are independent
of the free shipping offer.
• Shipping charges under $300 can be calculated at check-out and allow you flexibility to
choose your courier method

USA and International Shipping:
• At this time we are not shipping internationally through the webstore – please contact
us directly for a quote

Lead times and your orders/products:
• If your entire order is in stock, you can expect it to ship within 48 hours and to receive
an email including tracking information shortly thereafter.
• While our goal is to have stock on all items published on the website, occasionally we
do sell out – in this case you will be given the options of canceling the order, waiting for
the back order to arrive, or being offered and equivalent substitute when
appropriate/possible

Shipping Materials
• Due to the nature of lighting, we will often double pack items to maximize the
probability of a safe arrival to you. We strive to stay green by reusing boxes/shipping
materials, because as we all know it's what is on the inside that counts – keep a close
eye on the packing slip/label and our stickers on the box as we work together to help
keep materials out of our landfills

Unclaimed, Stolen & Returned Packages
• If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to
pay return shipping charges.
• We strongly suggest customers living in apartment complexes or other high-traffic
areas add a $5 signature requirement to their order, as we do not guarantee against
theft.
• If you have paid for a signature and your order is lost or stolen, we will file a claim with
the carrier for you and re-ship your order as soon as possible.
• Please follow along with your order using the tracking information provided in your
Order Dispatch email to ensure a secure delivery
